join me for a 2 part yoga class where we'll dive into understanding ADHD as a mind-body experience and flow together in an ADHD-informed yoga class led by katherine elam (200 RYT). Together, we will examine ways to live more empowered and intentional lives. let's heal our traumas around ADHD. we will discuss:
- chakras
- polyvagal theory
- trauma & empowerment
- self careÂ
- "productivity" strategies
...and more! I will also provide some exercises and resources that may be helpful to you or someone you love on this healing journey.
